Non-surgical procedures provide impressive results, but patients always want to know: how long will those results last?
Longevity Depends on the Procedure
For example, dermal fillers and Botox injections are temporary. They can last anywhere from a few months to several years, then you can get renewal treatments if desired to maintain your improved look.
But what about other, more extensive, non-surgical procedures? Here’s what you can expect from some of our most popular treatments:
BodyTite and Morpheus8
BodyTite and Morpheus8 both use radiofrequency to tighten and firm skin. BodyTite is used underneath the skin to melt fat and provide skin tightening. Of course, we are all still aging, but BodyTite helps reverse the clock for a few years.
Morpheus8 uses needles to tighten and firm loose skin externally while improving skin texture and tone. Depending on the severity of loose skin and desired results, we recommend 3-5 initial treatments as well as 2 or 3 maintenance treatments a year. For the best results, BodyTite and Morpehus8 are used together to tighten and firm skin from inside and out.
Liposuction
Liposuction removes fat cells from your desired area, so you can look slimmer and trimmer. Dr. Hernandez also uses VASER Hi-Definition liposuction to help patients achieve both slimmer body contours and more detailed, athletic-looking muscle definition.
These results are permanent as our bodies will not replace those fat cells. However, if excessive weight is gained, the remaining fat cells will expand in size. You will notice some weight gain in the treated area but not as much as other untreated areas.
Renuva
Renuva is an injectable treatment that stimulates the fat cells in the treated area to expand, providing volume and long-lasting results. Dr. Hernandez often uses Renuva to restore volume in the face and hands, as well as body areas. It can also be used to add volume to the breasts and buttocks.
