How Does VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction Work?
With traditional liposuction, the surgeon inserts a cannula and physically manipulates it to separate fat so it can be removed. VASERlipo technology uses ultrasound energy to more gently separate and remove fat cells. The procedure is performed in-office under local anesthetic. Dr. Hernandez first makes a very small incision, then introduces a medicated solution under the skin to treat the fat cells.
