Who Is a Good Candidate for HALO Laser Treatments?

We schedule patients for 1.5 hours or longer depending on how many areas we are treating. Most patients experience minimal or no discomfort. We apply a topical anesthetic an hour prior to the treatment and the handpiece features cooling technology that minimizes discomfort. Patients tend to describe the sensation they feel during the treatment session as comfortable heat or mild heat with a tingling sensation.
What To Expect During Halo Laser Recovery?
After your HALO Hybrid Fractional Laser treatment, you may feel a warm sensation in your skin for about half an hour, depending on the extent of your treatment. This warmth will naturally subside. Common side effects like swelling and redness can last for 2-3 days, and during this period, your skin will begin to peel, completing this process within 3 to 4 days. As for halo laser downtime, patients can typically return to their normal routines within 2 days.
